Does anyone here know how to make Human Skin in Cycles without using an image texture? I asked this on another group, but am asking it here as well so other people can see my question

I'm new when it comes to blender and xnalara and I have a few questions.

1. Can any of these xnalara models be in blender? If so, how do you do it?
2. Are there any more simple tutorial videos explaining blender?
3. Is it possible to create your own model and weapons, as well as environments in blender?

It would be very much appreciated that I know this so I can start making animations and pictures. Thank you.

P.S. If these questions are out of category, then I apologize.

hi, there are hundreds of video tutorials on youtube teaching various aspects of blender. you should easily be able to find some if you search for "beginner blender tutorials"

among other things, i'm an indie games dev and use blender for all the meshes, including building levels, that are then imported into the unity games engine.

Holy crap man. I really appreciate it for the fact that you replied back to me with a helpful suggestion. Thanks to you I found a website that explains Blender and all of its functions very simply.

Thank you. Hug

you're welcome, and cool.

also i recommend playing around with unity at some point in the future (which is also free and has a lot of tutorials) even if you don't intend to make an actual game with it. we can import our models built in blender into some of the unity example levels and walk around them in real time. it's a very cool way of experiencing our creations.

Blender is one of best open source programs I know. Love to use it for concepts or fotorealistic pics.
